This policy applies to consumer purchases of physical goods made directly through our website. It is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Cancellations
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed.
To request a cancellation before dispatch, a cancellation request must be sent as soon as possible to support@craftdiykit.com.
Each cancellation request must include the following information:
- The order number (it should begin with “CDK”)
- The email address used to place the order
For privacy and security reasons, cancellation requests can only be processed by email sent to support@craftdiykit.com. Requests submitted by phone, social media, or other channels cannot be processed.
*If an order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled while in transit. Once delivered, it may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy and any applicable consumer rights.
Returns
In addition to any statutory rights that may apply, CraftDIYKit offers a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible items.
To request a return, an email must be sent to support@craftdiykit.com within 30 days after the delivery date shown in the tracking information.

- Clear photos or videos of the issue, where applicable
To qualify for a voluntary change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, complete with all parts and accessories, and, where reasonably possible, returned in its original packaging.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for the following, unless required by applicable law:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Lost, damaged, or opened packaging
- Received more than 30 days
- Man-made damage
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, support@craftdiykit.com should be contacted as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or after the issue is discovered.
No item should be returned without prior authorization. Approved returns may be directed to a designated returns center, which may be outside the customer’s country or region. The correct return address and instructions will be provided after the request has been reviewed.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the direct cost of return shipping for voluntary change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility. For approved claims involving faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not-as-described items, CraftDIYKit will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Refunds
Once a cancellation request or return request has been approved and, where applicable, the returned item has been received and inspected, notification will be sent by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–7 business days after approval. The time required for the funds to appear in the account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Where a valid statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, refunds will be made in accordance with applicable law and may include the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any deduction for diminished value will be made only where permitted by applicable law.
If a refund has not yet been received, the bank account, PayPal balance, credit card issuer, or other payment provider should first be checked for processing delays. If further assistance is required, please contact support@craftdiykit.com.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable consumer law, where applicable.
