CraftDIYKit(EU) currently ships only to selected countries within the European Union. We aim to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can deliver your order to your home or workplace. Shipping is currently available to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, the Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, and Sweden.
*Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct when placing your order to ensure the successful delivery of your package.
*Please note: Due to air transport restrictions, glue, batteries, and paint are not included in the package. If needed, please prepare these items yourself, such as silicone liquid glue, compatible batteries, and paints in the required colors.
Shipping Times & Fees
- All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours after the order is placed.
- Standard shipping usually takes 6–20 days, depending on the destination and courier service.
- Flat-rate standard shipping: €3.99
- Free standard shipping on orders over €79.00

Order Tracking
- If you have registered an account on eu.craftdiykit.com, you can track your order and view shipping information in your account.
- If you have not registered an account on our website, you can still track your order using your tracking number on our tracking page here.
- All orders are shipped by courier services and can be tracked online.
*Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after your order leaves our warehouse, as we must first receive the tracking details from the courier and update them in our system. If your tracking number is not available within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@craftdiykit.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
Change of Shipping Address
- Before dispatch: Address changes are free of charge.
- After dispatch: A fee of €10 will apply if you request an address change while the package is in transit. Please note that address changes after dispatch are not guaranteed. If the requested change cannot be completed, the €10 fee will be refunded.
- After delivery: Once the package has been successfully delivered, the shipping address can no longer be changed.
*For privacy and security reasons, requests to change the shipping address can only be processed if submitted by email to support@craftdiykit.com. We cannot process such requests by phone, social media, or any other email address.
Claim For A Lost Package
If the tracking status shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. After this period, customers will need to contact the relevant courier directly to file a claim. We do not accept lost package claims more than 3 days after the delivery date.
